Join Instructor Cynthia "CJ" Powell Classes will focus on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance! Dance at your own pace when you join us on our fitness journey to be as healthy as you can be! Work out with friends and have a good time. Please wear workout clothes and gym shoes. We will warm up and cool down after every class. Bring water to stay hydrated.  Our Zumba class is great for all fitness levels.…
