Self-Defense and Safety Class

The Cook County Sheriff’s Office, in partnership with Wesley United Methodist Church, will host a self-defense and safety class for adults. The class, led by Cook County Sheriff’s Police Training Academy instructors, will cover a variety of topics, including

    • Home Invasion
    • Sexual Assault
    • Street Robberies
    • Violence in Public Spaces

Attendees must be at least 17 years old.

Please wear comfortable clothing, gym shoes, and leave all jewelry and valuables at home.
